Where We Deliver
We deliver across the UK. Whether you’re local to us here in Yorkshire or live further afield, your wreath will be carefully packaged and sent straight to your door.
Delivery Costs
- Standard UK Delivery: Flat rate of £X.XX (to be confirmed).
- Local Collection: Free from our base in Yorkshire (arrange via our Contact page).
- Gift Orders: We’re happy to send wreaths directly to the recipient – just provide their details at checkout and add a gift message.
Delivery Times
We usually dispatch within 2–3 working days of your order. During busy seasonal times (like Christmas), please allow a little longer. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your wreath is on its way.
Tip: If you need your wreath for a specific date, let us know when ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Packaging
Each wreath is securely packaged in an eco-friendly box to protect it in transit. We use recyclable or biodegradable materials wherever possible.
Returns & Refunds
Because our wreaths are handmade and made from natural materials, we hope you’ll understand that each one is unique and may look slightly different from photos.
If There’s a Problem
We take great care in making and packaging your wreath. If it arrives damaged or you’re not happy with it, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll work quickly to put things right – whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
If You Change Your Mind
Due to the perishable nature of fresh wreaths, we’re unable to accept returns simply because you’ve changed your mind. For dried wreaths, we may be able to accept returns if they are unused and in their original packaging – please contact us to discuss.

Your wreath should arrive looking just as beautiful as when it left our workshop. If for any reason you’re not delighted with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Because our wreaths are made with all-natural ingredients, they’ll behave just like nature itself – ever-changing, sometimes delicate, but always beautiful. With a little care, you can keep them looking fresh and welcoming for weeks (and sometimes months).
Caring for Fresh Foliage Wreaths
Fresh wreaths are made with greenery like spruce, fir, eucalyptus, or ivy. They’re perfect for doors or cool spaces.
- Keep it Cool: Fresh foliage lasts longest in cooler conditions. Outdoors, your wreath can stay vibrant for 3–6 weeks.
- Avoid Heat: Keep away from radiators, fires, or sunny windowsills – warmth will dry out the leaves.
- Mist Lightly: Give your wreath a gentle spray with water every couple of days to keep greenery hydrated.
- Outdoors is Best: Fresh wreaths thrive outside in the fresh air, especially during the cooler months.
Caring for Dried Flower & Harvest Wreaths
Dried wreaths are more delicate but can last for many months if looked after properly.
- Display Indoors: Dried wreaths are happiest indoors, where they’re safe from rain and damp.
- Avoid Humidity: Kitchens and bathrooms can cause dried flowers to wilt or lose shape.
- Handle Gently: Dried grasses and seed heads are fragile – try not to squash or press them.
- Dust Carefully: Use a soft brush or a hairdryer on a cool setting to keep them dust-free.
General Care Tips
- Location Matters: Think about where your wreath will live – outside for freshness, inside for dried beauty.
- Rotate Seasonally: Many customers enjoy changing wreaths with the seasons to keep their homes in tune with nature.
- Natural Shedding: Because our wreaths are 100% natural, some shedding of leaves, petals, or berries is normal.
Storing Your Wreath
Some wreaths – especially dried ones – can be stored and enjoyed again. To store:
- Place in a sturdy box.
- Keep in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid stacking heavy items on top.
Next season, you’ll have a lovely reminder of the beauty of nature to bring out again.
